Willena Joyce (Martin) Donahue

Willena Joyce Martin Donahue, 84, of Glasgow, KY passed away Sunday, January 12, 2025 at her residence.  The Scottsville, KY native was a retired employee of Barren River State Park Lodge and member of Cedar Cross Missionary Baptist Church.  She was a daughter of the late Lloyd Thomas Martin and Rowena Lois Spencer Martin and wife of the late Lance Hendrix Donahue.

She is survived by 1 son: Shane Thomas Donahue (Karen), Austin, KY;

2 daughters: Shawn Donahue Oakes (Tim), Cave City, KY and Shalon Donahue Taylor (Kelly), Glasgow, KY;

2 brothers: Tommy Martin, Gallatin, TN and Benny Martin, Normandy, TN;

2 sisters: Dorothy Jean Miller (Jerry), Scottsville, KY; Joann Greenup, Brownsville, KY;

5 grandchildren: Jordan Carter (Tiffany); Joel Carter (Keleigh); Griffin Taylor, Greyson Taylor and MaKayla Pedigo (Matt);

7 great grandchildren and 9 nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by 1 son: Shannon Donahue; 3 sisters: Wanda Martin, Judy Buchanon and Faye Rosado.

Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Robby Calvert officiating and burial in Cedar Cross Cemetery.  Visitation will be 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday and after 7:00 A.M. Thursday at Goad Funeral Home.
