Wilbur Leon "Speedy" Reynolds, 80, of Scottsville, KY passed away Saturday, March 8, 2025 at his residence. The Alvaton, KY native was a former mechanic for Howell Oldsmobile & Cadillac and Garrett & Mandrell, a member of Martha's Chapel Church, charter member of Trammel VFD, member of the Allen County Rescue Squad and Civil Defense and Allen County C. B. Club where he was known as "Hard Rock" and former Allen County Constable. He was a son of the late James Robert "Jim Bob" Reynolds and Edith Faye Smalling Reynolds.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years: Carol Reynolds, Scottsville, KY;
2 daughters: Pam Webb and Tammy Stone and husband, Dewayne, all of Scottsville, KY;
1 brother: Charles Reynolds and wife, Teresa, Alvaton, KY;
5 grandchildren: William Webb (Catie), Bowdy Mahaney (John Ressler), Chelsy Stone, Adrianna Anderson (Nate) and Braxton Stone;
7 great grandchildren: Garry Jones, Abbi Parkhurst, Jack Carter, Conner Birdwell, Avery Webb, Will Webb and Phoenix Webb.
He was preceded in death by a granddaughter: Chelsey Mahaney and a grandson: Mikey Webb.
Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Ricky Graves and Bro. Trevor Graves officiating and burial in Martha's Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday and after 7:00 a.m. to funeral time Thursday at Goad Funeral Home.
