Terry Harmon Spurlock

Terry Harmon Spurlock, age 69, of London, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, October 25, 2023. He was born on October 11, 1954 in Scottsville, Kentucky.

He leaves behind his loving wife of 41 years, Lynn Bolton Spurlock; two children, Leslie Spurlock Beasley & husband Ryan of Nashville, TN, Willis Matthew Spurlock & wife Lori of London, KY; six siblings, Danny Spurlock & wife Barbara of Scottsville, KY, Pam Spears of Scottsville, KY, Tina Gentry & husband Craig of Austin, KY, Eric Spurlock & wife Tracy of Scottsville, KY, Jon Spurlock of Scottsville, KY, Rebecca Anderson & husband Brian of Murfreesboro, TN; two grandchildren, Ally Marie Spurlock of London, KY, Bo Davis Beasley of Nashville, TN, one step-grandchild, Tyler Herrington of Scottsville, KY; plus a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.

He was preceded in death by his parents, W. H. "Pit" Spurlock & Carol Lyles Spurlock; by his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Doyle & Dorothy Bolton; and by his niece, Marion Spears.
Terry enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren Ally and Bo. He loved to ride them on tractors and take them around the farm. He loved to hunt and fish with his son, brothers and nephews, and enjoyed hunting trips out west each year. Terry spent many years on farms throughout Kentucky helping friends with farm equipment. The family would like to give special thanks to Dr. Osetinsky and Baptist Health Oncology Corbin.

Funeral services for Terry Harmon Spurlock will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Geral Wells and Mike Calebs officiating. Burial will follow at Cumberland Memorial Gardens in Lily, Kentucky. The family will receive friends on Friday, October 27, 2023 beginning at 6:00 p.m. also at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Gideons International or to the American Cancer Society.
