Tammy L. Shields, 53, of Scottsville, KY passed away Thursday, February 13, 2025 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green. The Lebanon, TN native was a homemaker, former teacher's aide at Westmoreland High and member of Garrett's Creek General Baptist Church. She was a daughter of the late William Harvey Rose and Jean Marie Ballinger Rose.
She is survived by her husband: Rev. Tim Shields, Scottsville, KY;
2 sons: William Pryor, Scottsville, KY and Josh Shields, Huntsville, AL;
3 daughters: Victoria Shields and Rebecca Littrell and husband, Jared, all of Portland, TN and Chelsey Steinsberger and husband, Zac, Clarksville, TN;
1 sister: Christy Wheeler and husband, Ronnie, Lafayette, TN;
1 step brother: Nathan Sadler, Barren County, KY;
3 grandchildren: Sullivan Steinsberger, Stevie Steinsberger and Josiah Littrell and
Several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother: Phillip Wayne Underwood and 1 step brother: Brian Sadler.
Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Larry Emery officiating and burial in Allen County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday and after 7:00 a.m. Tuesday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.
