Shiann Layne Clark

Shiann Layne Clark,  forever 23,  passed on March 11, 2024, after a long battle with Tuberous Sclerosis (brain tumor) . She was born August 13, 2000, in Barren County, KY. Most recently she lived in Hartsville, TN. Shiann was a sweet soul with a beautiful smile and laugh that you couldn't forget. She loved her family, adored and loved the babies and children in her life...like they were her own. She loved photography and was very good at capturing precious memories, and that is exactly what we will cherish of her precious memories.

Shiann leaves behind, to be missed immensely, her mother Linda Gail Watkins (Jamie) Scottsville;

Her father:   Mark Clark, Glasgow, KY;

2 sisters:  Destini Wilson and Morgann Clark, both of Scottsville, KY;

Maternal grandparents:  Harvey & Jo Brewer, Austin, KY; 

Paternal grandmother:  Mildred Vaughn, Glasgow, KY;

1 step brother:  Jim Watkins (Madison), Scottsville, KY;

5 aunts:  Dianna Combs, Sherri Cross, Pam Hunter and Stacee Hunter (William), all of Glasgow, KY and Lee Jones, Albany, KY;

A very special niece:  Liberty Grace "Libby" Wilson; 

A nephew:  Hudson Runyon;

Other nieces:  Brynlee and Paisley; 

Special friends:  Jacob Bennett, Gracie, Sierra, William, Jacob and Jeremy Thomas; 

Her ride or die fur baby boy, Whiskey Ryan and 

Several great aunts, great uncles and numerous cousins.

She was met on the other side by her Grandpa Ralph Clark; her Unkie (Darren Combs), her Uncle Billy Brown, the child she never got to hold here, and special family friend Lois Warren (Red Shirt).

Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Goad Funeral Home with cremation to follow.  In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for medical expenses.  Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home or mailed to Linda Watkins, 109 Cherokee Drive, Scottsville, KY   42164.
