Ruth Ann (Hicks) Sisco

Ruth Ann Sisco, 80, of Bowling Green, KY and formerly of Fountain Run, KY passed away Sunday, October 22, 2023 at her residence.  The Hadley, KY native was a retired employee of the U. S. Government, a graduate of the University of Louisville and a Baptist.  She was a daughter of the late Thomas Ray Hicks and Lula Jewell Welcher Hicks and wife of the late Bobby Huline Sisco.

She is survived by 1 son:  David McIntyre, Bowling Green, KY;

1 daughter:  Lisa Knight, Bowling Green, KY;

2 brothers:  John Hicks, Florida and Joe Hicks (Neva), Metropolis, IL;

3 sisters:  Louise Lang, St. Louis, MO; Ernestine Vietike (Dale), Lancaster, CA and Betty Moody, Bowling Green, KY;

2 grandchldren:  Ericka Medley and Alec Knight;

1 great grandchild:  Lyric Medley;

Several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by 3 brothers:  Carlton Hicks, Jesse Hicks, James Hicks and 2 sisters:  Mary Phillips and Norma Glore.

There will be no visitation or funeral service.  Private graveside service will be held Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at Hadley Cemetery in Bowling Green, KY. Goad Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.  Expressions of sympathy may the form of donations to the Hadley Cemetery.  Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
