Roger Denton Nichols

Roger Denton Nichols, 69, of Franklin, TN passed away Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at Williamson Medical Center in Franklin, TN. The Scottsville, KY native was a retired accountant, a graduate of Western Kentucky University, a member of Scottsville Baptist Church and loved coaching little league baseball.  He was a son of the late Mason Edward Nichols and Jimmie Clay Denton Nichols.

He is survived by his wife: Kathy Stinson Nichols, Franklin, TN;

1 son: Ryan Nichols and wife, Morgan, Georgetown, KY;

1 brother: Robert Nichols, Nashville, TN;

2 grandchildren: Mason Nichols and Colton Nichols;

1 nephew: Robert Nichols, Jr. and wife, Ginny, Franklin, TN;

1 great niece: Lynlee Nichols, Franklin, TN.

Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Friday, May 30, 2025 at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Patrick officiating and burial in Crescent Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be 2:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Thursday and after 7:00 A.M. Friday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.
