Robert M. Lemay, 52, of Scottsville, KY passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green. The Glasgow, KY native was an over-the-road driver for Carver Trucking, a member of the Army National Guard and attended Open Door Outreach Church.
He is survived by 5 daughters: Jazzmine Lemay and husband, Tyler, and Lindsey Phillips and husband, Joe, all of Scottsville, KY; Brittany Dohm and husband, Nick, Franklin, KY; Courtaney Ricker and husband, Christopher, Bowling Green, KY and Leslie Shearer and husband, Levi, Adolphus, KY;
His parents: Larry and Louise Russell Lemay, Glasgow, KY;
2 sisters: Lavada Grimes and husband, Mike, and Bonita Moore and husband, Joey, all of Scottsville, KY;
20 grandchildren: Braxton, Makenna, Emma, Gavin, Christopher, Eddie, Kason, Kenzleigh, Karrigan, Sophia, Izzy, Gabe, Paxton, Kyler, Olivia, Knox, Willow, Trinity, Elsie and Maddox;
Several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his grandmothers: Maude Pierce and Eunice Houchens and grandfathers: Joe Abe Russell and Robert Jefferson (Shorty) Lemay.
Funeral service will be 6:00 p.m. Thursday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Charles Spearman officiating and cremation to follow. Visitation will be 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Thursday at Goad Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for funeral expenses.
