Richard Paul Hooten

Richard Paul Hooten, 45, of Westmoreland, TN passed away Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at his residence.  The Canteen Township, IL native was a Pentecostal and son of the late Robert Glenn Hooten and Betty Faye Patterson. 

He is survived by his wife:  Trisha Vinson Hooten, Westmoreland, TN; 

1 daughter:  Jaden Hooten, Westmoreland, TN; 

2 step sons:  Joshua Vinson and Clyde Vinson, both of Westmoreland, TN; 

2 step daughters:  Sydney Vinson and Zoe Vinson, both of Westmoreland, TN; 

His in-laws:  Rev. Clyde and Darlene Walker, Westmoreland, TN; 

His twin sister:  Paula Michelle Tillman and husband, Steve, Jackson, TN; 

3 nephews:  Nick Tillman, Trevor Walker and Harlan Walker; 

3 nieces:  Hailey Walker, Meagan and Kameron.

He was preceded in death by a brother:  Robert Keith Hooten. 

Funeral service will be 12:00 noon Saturday at Goad Funeral Home with Rev. Clyde Walker and Bro. Russell Mills officiating and burial in the Rippy Cemetery.  Visitation will be 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m. Friday and after 7:00 a.m. Saturday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.  In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for funeral expenses.  Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.  According to the Kentucky Funeral Director's Association,  social distancing and face masks are required and there is NO PUBLIC lounge available.
