Raymond Morris McDonald

Raymond Morris McDonald, 79, of Scottsville, KY passed away Saturday, June 27, 2026, at the Medical Center at Bowling Green.  He was born in Milford, IL to the late Raymond Edward McDonald and Pearl Katherine Carswell McDonald.  He was a retired accountant for Montgomery, Webb & Beck and a Viet Nam Air Force veteran.  He was a member of Halfrey Dalton VFW Post 5712,  the American Legion, NATR, Civil Air Patrol Squadron KY 057, Citizens Police Academy Class 001 and the Kentucky Chapter National Association of Tax Professionals.  He was a lifetime member of DAV Chapter 152 and North American Hunting Club. 

He is survived by 1 son:  Raymond Morris McDonald II (Tracy), Glasgow, KY; 

2 daughters:  Kitty Sue Sills (Greg), Bowling Green, KY and Tonda Mashell Humfeld, Franklin, KY; 

8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his wife:  Patricia Moore McDonald and 2 sisters:  Joyce Ann Meador (Dennis) and Victoria Jean Reed (Jim). 

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Roy Shockley officiating and burial at a later date in Allen County Memorial Gardens.  Visitation will be after 10:00 a.m. Wednesday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.  Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to DAV Chapter 152 or Halfrey Dalton VFW Post 5712.
