Raymond Maxwell Belk, 33, of Scottsville, KY passed away Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at his residence. He was born in Indianapolis, IN to James Raymond Toler, who survives, and the late Tammy Sue Belk.
He is survived by 1 son: Bentlee Belk, Bowling Green, KY;
1 daughter: Hailie Sue Fuchs, Indianapolis, IN;
His father: James Toler, Scottsville, KY;
His step mother: Teresa Earles, Scottsville, KY;
God Mother: Barbara Holland, Michie, TN;
Maternal grandmother: Sue Ruley, Alpine, TX;
3 brothers: Jimmy Toler, OH; Logan Toler, Scottsville, KY; Chris Koczera, Alpine, TX;
4 sisters: Stacy Shoffner (Chris), Guys, TN; Amanda Belk and Jamie Toler, both of Scottsville, KY; Jessica Belk, PA;
Nieces and nephews: Alivia Gaddy, J J Gaddy, Leo Boren, Angelica Pfitzinger, Christen Bryant and Christopher Shoffner.
Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 6, 2025 at Concord Church with cremation to follow. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for funeral expenses. Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
