Ramona Marie (Towne) Harrison

Ramona Marie Harrison, 68, of Scottsville, KY passed away Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green.  She was born in Reed City, MI to the late Raymond Blanchard Towne and Gladys Muriel Wonsey Towne.  She was a homemaker and former registered medical assistant. 

She is survived by her husband:  Bill Harrison, Scottsville, KY; 

1 son:  Steven Allen Harrison (Lauren Stinson), Scottsville, KY; 

4 daughters:  Muriel Catherine Michelle Towne, Bowling Green, KY; Liberty Nicole Towne, Waleska, GA; Rebecca Marie Whitley (Billy), Lafayette, TN and Jasmine Nicole Perry, Scottsville, KY; 

2 brothers:  Michael Towne (Sylvia, Brownsville, TX and Larry Towne, Grand Rapids, MI; 

2 sisters:  Gladys Howell and Rosalie Arms (Willie), all of Scottsville, KY; 

8 grandchildren:  Keith Towne (Bethany), Jonathan Turner, Nicole Turner, Blake Perry, Troy Perry, Justis Sharpe, Isabella Whitley and Steven J. Harrison; 

5 great grandchildren:  Jaxon Towne, Sage Perry, Kaden Turner, Kayleigh Turner and Amelia Dismon; 

Several nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by 4 brothers:  Thomas (Eleanor), Stanley, Ronald and Howard (Kitty) Towne, 1 sister:  Phyllis (Charles) Hoffman and a sister-in-law:  Rella Towne. 

Visitation will be 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday, February 9, 2025 at Goad Funeral Home.  In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for funeral expenses.  Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
