Phyllis Kinslow Vincent, 75, of Scottsville, KY passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at her residence. The Scottsville, KY native was a retired owner and operator of Headlines Beauty Shop, a singer and member of Open Door Outreach Church. She was a daughter of the late Bro. William "Bill" Bradford Kinslow and Marie Hunt Kinslow.
She is survived by her husband of 22 years: James "Pappy" Vincent, Scottsville, KY;
2 daughters: Shelly King and husband, Brandon, and Jennifer Susie Reece and husband, David, all of Scottsville, KY;
3 brothers: Billy Kinslow and wife, Brenda, and Allen Kinslow, all of Scottsville, KY; Bro. Roger Kinslow and wife, Sandra, Glasgow, KY;
8 grandchildren: Raechael Hogan, JoBeth Dixon, Sydney Taylor, Alex Francis (Michael); Keaton Arnold, Amber Michelle Lindsey (Kevin); James Dustin Decker (Lacy) and Jacob Allen Webb (Tabitha);
14 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by 2 sons: Kelly Hogan and Edward Lee Vincent and her previous husband: Billy Travis Vincent.
Funeral service will be 1:00 P.M. Friday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Todd Bullington and Bro. Roy Shockley officiating and burial in Crescent Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 2:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Thursday and after 7:00 A.M. Friday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.
