Patricia (Scott) Smith

Patricia Scott Smith, 68, of Adolphus, KY passed away Monday, May 25, 2026, at the Medical Center at Scottsville.  She was born in Tompkinsville, KY to the late Charlie Clarence Scott and Dimple Pauline Melton Scott.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip John Smith, Sr. 

She is survived by 1 son:  John Smith, Adolphus, KY; 

1 daughter:  Kimberly Veron and husband, Thomas, Park City, KY; 

6 brothers:  Clay Dell Scott, Calvin Scott, Donnie Scott and Lloyd Scott, all of Adolphus, KY; Jerry Scott, Scottsville, KY and Wayne Scott, Indianapolis, IN; 

1 sister:  Josie Pedigo, Scottsville, KY; 

9 grandchildren:  Haley Smith, Johnathan Smith, Dakota Smith, Jaxson Veron, Cooper Veron, Isabella Veron, Tony Veron, Patrick Veron and Gabby Veron; 

3 great grandchildren:  Declan Smith, Gracie Smith and Tyler Smith, Jr.

She was preceded in death by a granddaughter:  Elizabeth Veron; 1 sister:  Rosa Lynn Edmunds and 4 brothers:  Henry, Lellon, Roger and James Scott. 

Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, May 29, 2026, at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Joe Shelton officiating and burial in Allen County Memorial Gardens.  Visitation will be at 11:00 a.m. until funeral time Friday at Goad Funeral Home.  Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for funeral expenses.  Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
