Patricia Gail (Spurlock) Blankenship

Patricia Gail Blankenship, 73, of Scottsville, KY passed away Friday, July 29, 2022 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green.  The Indianapolis, IN native was a former banker, hairstylist, published author, jewelry designer, artist and seamstress.  She attended Maysville Missionary Baptist Church where she served as pianist.  She was the daughter of the late Comer Raymond Spurlock and Imogene Beller Spurlock. 

She is survived by her husband:  Joel H. Blankenship, Scottsville, KY; 

1 step son:  Shane Blankenship and wife, Jenny, Scottsville, KY; 

1 step daughter:  Jenny Walker and husband, Chris, Pee Wee Valley, KY; 

5 step grandchildren:  Shelby Pruitt (Aaron), Sydney Blankenship, Rafe Blankenship, Braeden Walker and Bryce Walker. 

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Keith Patrick and Bro. Randal Carter officiating and burial in Crescent Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be after 10:00 a.m. Sunday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.
