Ottis Willoughby Obituary

Ottis Willoughby, 68, of Scottsville, KY passed away Friday, December 5, 2025 at his residence.  The Alexandria, IN native was a former employee of International Paper, member of Liberty Missionary Baptist Church and attended Victory Hill Church.  He was a son of the late Porter Leon Willoughby and Peggy Lou Pesch Willoughby, who survives. 

 

He is survived by his wife:  LaVonna Law Willoughby, Scottsville, KY; 

His mother:  Peggy Willoughby, Alexandria, IN; 

1 son:  Bucky Creeger, Bowling Green, KY; 

2 brothers:  William Jacobs and wife, Lynn, Anderson, IN and Dennis Willoughby, Oakland, CA 

2 grandchildren:  Kinsley Creeger and Liam Creeger; 

Several nieces and nephews. 

 

Memorial services will be 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at Goad Funeral Home with Chaplain Mark Hale officiating.  Visitation will be after 3:00 p.m. Wednesday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.  Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Hosparus.  Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
