Norma Jean McClard, 91, of Scottsville, KY passed away Saturday, February 22, 2025 at Cal Turner Rehab & Specialty Care. The Scottsville, KY native was a retired employee of 29 years of Allen County War Memorial Hospital and Medical Center at Scottsville, a member of East Willow Church of God where she served as Treasurer for 45 years and Missionary leader. She was a daughter of the late Luke Ray and Lois Dean Raney Ray and wife of the late Richard Cleo McClard.
She is survived by 1 son: Larry McClard and wife, Janice, Scottsville, KY;
1 sister-in-law: Bonnie Ray, Scottsville, KY;
2 grandchildren: Leslie McClard Smothers and husband, Jim, Bowling Green, KY; Lyle McClard and wife, Alex, Nashville, TN;
2 great grandchildren: Drew Smothers and Graham Smothers and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by 2 brothers: Billie Ray and Charles Ray and 1 nephew: Chris Ray.
Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at East Willow Church of God with Bro. Danny Patrick and Bro. Keith Patrick officiating and burial in Allen County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 1:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday at Goad Funeral Home and 9:00 A.M. until funeral time Wednesday at East Willow Church of God.
