Nicole Lindsey, 44, of Scottsville, KY passed away Monday, October 20, 2025 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY. The Bowling Green, KY native was a daughter of the late David Vaughn Lindsey and Joyce Marie Rigsby Lindsey Gwin.
She is survived by her husband: Richard Mealer, Scottsville, KY;
Her step father: Sidney Gwin, Bowling Green, KY;
1 brother: Matthew Lindsey, Bowling Green, KY;
1 sister-in-law: Pam Lindsey, Bowling Green, KY;
She was preceded in death by 1 brother: Mike Lindsey.
There will be no visitation or funeral service. Cremation was chosen and Goad Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for funeral expenses. Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
