Naymon Irlin Turner

Naymon Irlin Turner, 64, of Scottsville, KY passed away Friday, October 2, 2020 at his residence.  He was a retired mechanic, welder and fabricator and local undefeated drag racer.   He was a son of the late Waymon Arzie Turner and Clisty Viola Keith Turner. 

He is survived by his wife:  Karen Lazaro-Paulina Turner, Scottsville, KY; 

1 son:  Timothy Turner and wife, Karima, Waddell, AZ; 

1 daughter:  Trina Watson, Hendersonville, TN; 

Karen's son:  Andrew Kohler, Carthage, TN;

1 step daughter: Lisa Groves, Gallatin, TN;

A special daughter:  Danika Nopens, Scottsville, KY and her children;

1 brother:  Buddy Turner, Omaha, NE;

2 sisters:  Rosie Turner, Idaho and Rita Floyd, Huntsville, AL; 

6 grandchildren:  Michael Turner, Adrianna Turner, David Watson, Brandy Watson, Ashley Turner and Joshua Watson; 

A nephew:  Matt Turner, Scottsville, KY and 

Several other nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a daughter:  Nayann Turner; 3 brothers:  Raymond Turner, Lee Turner and Doug Turner; 3 sisters:  Linda Turner, Jannie McKnight and Helen Turner. 

A celebration of life will be at 3:00 p.m. Thursday at Goad Funeral Home with cremation to follow.  Visitation will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday until service time at Goad Funeral Home.
