Mildred (Calvert) Phillips

Mildred Phillips, 86, of Scottsville, KY passed away Sunday, July 31, 2022 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green.  The Adolphus, KY native was a retired employee of Brown Printing, former employee of Washington Overall Manufacturing, a member of Robert's Tabernacle Church of God of Prophecy where she was a former Sunday school teacher and attended East Willow Church of God.  She was a daughter of the late Vetrice Calvert and Alma Carter Calvert and wife of the late Thomas Junior Phillips.

She is survived by 1 grandson: Truman Johnson, Dayton, OH;

1 granddaughter: Curstyn Peveler and husband, Chris, Bowling Green, KY;

1 sister: Marilyn Hendrix, Scottsville, KY;

1 great grandson: Trenton Pedigo.

She was preceded in death by 2 sons: Larry Wayne Phillips and Gary Phillips; 1 daughter: Tammy Renee Johnson and 2 brothers: Ordelee Calvert and Jerry Calvert.

Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Coe Campbell officiating and burial in Robert's Tabernacle Cemetery.  Visitation will be 11:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. Wednesday and after 7:00 A.M. Thursday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.
