Michael Brown Obituary

Michael Louis Brown, 74, of Bowling Green, KY passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at Magnolia Village in Bowling Green.  The Scottsville, KY native was a brick layer and member of Wards Chapel AME Church and a son of the late Joseph Lewis Brown and Zula Soules Bradshaw.

 

He is survived by 1 daughter: Megan Calderon and husband, Raynado, Bowling Green, KY;

A father figure to: Stephen Goodbar and wife, Andrea, Bowling Green, KY;

3 grandchildren: Alicia, Adrian and Charlotte;

1 step brother:  George Bradshaw, Scottsville, KY;

1 niece: Tina Kelsey;

1 great niece: Keanna Steward;

1 great nephew: Grant Brown;

1 great great nephew: Nicholas Steward;

He was preceded in death by an infant sister: Valorie Brown; 1 sister: Donna Kelsey and 1 niece: Nicole Brown Elkins.

 

Graveside service will be 12:00 Noon Tuesday at Crown Hill Cemetery with Rev. Louis Haynes officiating.  Visitation will be 10:00 A.M. until 12:00 Noon Tuesday at Goad Funeral Home.
