Mary Bernice (Sutton) Key

Mary Bernice Key, 78 of Scottsville, KY passed away Monday, May 27, 2024 at T. J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, KY.  The Indianapolis, IN native was a homemaker and loving nana to her grandchildren, great grandchildren and many other children.  She was a daughter of the late Andrew Sutton and Dollie Brown Sutton. 

She is survived by 1 son:  Keith Murley and wife, Loretta, Greensburg, KY; 

3 daughters:  Tonya Creek and husband, Kevin, Scottsville, KY; Crystal Stockton and August Steenbergen, both of Glasgow, KY; 

4 step children; 10 grandchildren; several great grandchildren an several nieces.

She was preceded in death by a daughter:  Trina Murley; her soul mate:  Archie Key; 1 sister:  Lucille Sutton and 3 brothers:  Jr. Sutton, Eugene Sutton and Kenneth Sutton. 

Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday at Goad Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Williams officiating and cremation to follow.  Visitation will be 9:30 a.m. Friday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.  In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for funeral expenses.  Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
