Mary Lou (Sullivan) Christison

Mary Lou Sullivan Christison, 76, of Adolphus, KY passed away Monday, March 17, 2025 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green.  The Scottville, KY native was a former R.N. for the Allen County Health Department and Barren River District Health Department, former bus driver for the Allen County School System, former substitute teacher at Allen County Scottsville High and member of Maple Grove General Baptist Church.  She was a daughter of the late King Wilson Sullivan, Jr. and Ella Davola Eakle Sullivan. 

She is survived by 1 son:  Jason Andrew Christison and wife, Melissa, Pace FL; 

2 brothers:  Jerry Sullivan, Adolphus, KY and David Sullivan and wife, Betty, Scottsville, KY; 

1 sister:  Martha Rich, Adolphus, KY; 

4 grandchildren:  Lindsey Christison, Lainey Christison, Christina Longan and Amanda Longan; 

4 great grandchildren:  Teaghan Longan, Gibson Lewis, Jackson Liveley and Piper Pulliam. 

She was preceded in death by a great grandson:  Carter Longan; 1 brother:  Leroy Sullivan and 2 sisters:  Betty Dinkins and Mildred Spears Pardue. 

A memorial service will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 29, 2025 at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Gary Sullivan officiating and burial in Maple Grove Cemetery.  Visitation will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 29, 2025 until service time at Goad Funeral Home.   Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Maple Grove General Baptist Church.  Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
