Marvin Halsey

Marvin Halsey, 56, of Red Boiling Springs, TN passed away Sunday, February 2, 2025  at his residence,  He was born in Hazard, KY to the late William Ray Halsey and Lana Caldwell Halsey.  He was a self-employed contractor and loved fishing and riding in the country with his family.

He is survived by his wife:  Deann Halsey, Red Boiling Springs, TN; 

1 son:  Joey Ray Halsey, Red Boiling Springs, TN; 

3 brothers:  William Halsey (Gayle) and Chris Halsey, all of Lafayette, TN and Bobby Fleek (Krista), Tompkinsville, KY; 

1 sister:  Mildred All Caldwell (Richie), Red Boiling Springs, TN; 

1 uncle:  Herman Caldwell (Maxine), OH; 

Several nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by a brother:  Harrison Halsey. 

Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Keith McDonald officiating and burial in the Eulia Cemetery in Westmoreland, TN.  Visitation will be after 10:00 a.m. Tuesday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.   In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for funeral expenses.  Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
