Margaret Ann (Lyle) Marr

Margaret Ann Lyle Marr, 81, of Alvaton, KY and formerly of Scottsville, KY went home to be with our Lord and Savior Saturday, May 10, 2025 at Hospice House in Bowling Green, KY.  The Scottsville, KY native was a retired employee of A.O. Smith, former employee of Washington Overall Manufacturing, Potter Brumfield and G.E., a graduate of Scottsville High School and attended East Willow Church of God.  During her retirement years she enjoyed spending quality time with her family.  She was a daughter of the late Hershel Gustus Lyle and Maime Garrett Lyle and wife of the late Shelvie Dean Marr.

She is survived by 1 daughter: Dana Moore and husband, Lance, Alvaton, KY;

4 grandchildren: Brad Hinton and wife, Amy; Brittni Klein and husband, Josh; Taylor Gregory and wife, Kristen and Landon Moore;

9 great grandchildren: Ryli Beth Tabor, Cayden Klein, Knox Hinton, Daughtery Chandler, Ava Hinton, Atley Chandler, Jackson Gregory, Tucker Klein and Beau Gregory;

Several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by 1 daughter: Rita Hill and 1 sister: Dean Dalton.

Funeral service will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Brad Hinton and Bro. Landon Moore officiating and burial in Crescent Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday and after 7:00 A.M. Thursday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.  Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Hospice House.  Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
