Linda (Powell) Lyvers

Linda Lyvers, 72, of Scottsville, KY passed away Friday, January 4, 2019 at the Hospice House of Southern Kentucky in Bowling Green, KY.  The Louisville, KY native was a homemaker, former foster parent and member of Concord United Methodist Church.  She was a daughter of the late William Owen Powell, Sr. and Ruby Lucille Hines Jackman. 

She is survived by her husband:  Bob Lyvers, Scottsville, KY; 

2 sons:  William Jones and Jesse Lyvers, both of Scottsville, KY; 

1 daughter:  Katie Lyvers, Scottsville, KY; 

5 sisters:  Mary Hanson, Zelda Spalding and Doretta Jones, all of Louisville, KY; Kaleta Brown, Hawaii and Nardella McFarland, Martinsville, IN; 

5 grandchildren:  Ashley, Anthony, Vicky, Aidan and Scarlette. 

She was preceded in death by a son:  Scott Jones and 1 brother:  William Powell, Jr. 

There will be no visitation or funeral service.  Cremation was chosen.
