Lattie B. Long

Lattie B. Long, 91, of Scottsville, KY passed away Friday, November 22, 2024 at the Medical Center at Scottsville.  The Holland, KY native was a retired manager of Kirsch, a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict and attended Oak Forest No. 2 Missionary Baptist Church.  He was a son of the late William Henry Long and Eula Viola Driver Long and husband of the late Sarah Edith Cooper Long.

He is survived by 1 son: Ricky Long and wife, Vickie Jo, Scottsville, KY;

1 daughter: Vickie Harper and husband, Bro. Michael, Scottsville, KY;

6 grandchildren: Amanda Francis (William); Melissa Clarke (Dwayne); William Long (Ashley); Kalan Long (McKenzie); Travis Durocher and Vanessa Durocher;

12 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by 5 brother: Edward Long, Bro. Nolan Long, Bro. Charles Long, J.R. Long and Bro. Landon Long and 1 sister: Beatrice Stinson.

Funeral service will be 1:00 P.M. Tuesday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Patrick and Bro. Michael Harper officiating and burial in Crescent Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Monday and after 7:00 A.M. Tuesday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.
