Kenneth Anthony Shipley

Kenneth Anthony Shipley, 62, of Scottsville, KY passed away Saturday, November 18, 2023 at Hospice House in Bowling Green, KY.  The Indianapolis, IN native was a former employee of Woodstock Mills and Watkins Lumber Company and attended Living Water Church in Westmoreland, TN. He was a son of the late Kenneth Russell Shipley and Gladys Gertrude Wheat Shipley.

He is survived by 2 sons: Kenneth Dewayne Shipley and special companion, Tara Tuttle, Scottsville, KY and Anthony Angel, Indianapolis, IN;

2 daughters: Nichole Elaine Carr, Bowling Green, KY and Carrie Amanda Rupe, Scottsville, KY;

2 sisters: Charlotte Phillips, Scottsville, KY and Janie Smith, Red Boiling Springs, TN;

1 aunt: Artis Summers, FL;

13 grandchildren: Blake Shipley, Travis Shipley, Darius Shipley, Ashlynn Turner, Bryson Turner, Cayden Turner, Jacob Rupe, Chelsey Scruggs, Whitney Graves, Bethany Jent, Briana Graves, Chris Carr and Kyle Luke;

10 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

He was preceded in death by 1 brother: Jimmy Cook.

Funeral service will be 1:00 P.M. Monday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Dewayne Taylor officiating and burial in Walkers Chapel Cemetery.  Visitation will be after 10:00 A.M. Monday at Goad Funeral Home.  In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for funeral expenses.  Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
