Kaleb Daniel Short, 27, of Scottsville, KY passed away Saturday, May 9, 2020 in Bowling Green, KY. The Bowling Green, KY native was a former boat restorer and a son of Daniel Dewayne Short and Kerrie Ann Melton Short, who survive.
He is survived by 1 son: Nathan Short, AZ;
His mother: Kerrie Short, Gilbert, AZ;
His father: Danny Short, Scottsville, KY;
1 sister: Ashley Walter, Gilbert, AZ;
His maternal grandmother: Trilby Brown and husband, Charles, Scottsville, KY;
His paternal grandmother: Linda Short, Scottsville, KY;
Several uncles, aunts and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather: Kermit Melton; his paternal grandfather: Tim Short and an aunt: Teressa Atnip.
There will be no visitation or funeral services. Cremation was chosen. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date. Goad Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Warren County Emergency Management or Scottsville-Allen County Rescue Squad. Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
