Junior Lee Guffey

Junior Lee Guffey, 70, of Scottsville, KY passed away Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green.  The Scottsville, KY native was a former truck driver and attended Combs Lane United Baptist Church where he preached and formerly attended True Gospel Fellowship Church.  He was a son of the late Joe Fred Guffey and Katie Jewell Huffine Guffey. 

He is survived by 2 sons:  Robbie Lee Guffey and Jason Lee Guffey, both of Scottsville, KY; 

1 brother:  Randall Dale Guffey and wife, Linda, Lafayette, TN; 

3 sisters:  Mary Ann Meador, Teresa Lynn Massey and Laura Green, all of Scottsville, KY;

1 uncle:  Randall Huffine and wife, Jewell, Scottsville, KY;

Several grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by a son:  Chad Guffey. 

Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 10, 2025 at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Scruggs and Bro. Teddy Johnson officiating and burial in Highland Cemetery. 

Visitation will be 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday and after 7:00 a.m. Monday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.  In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for funeral expenses.  Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
