Judy Lou (Cline) McGuffey

Judy Lou Cline McGuffey, 80, of Adolphus, KY passed away Sunday, September 28, 2025 at her home surrounded by her family.  The Scottsville, KY native was a retired employee of Allen County-Scottsville High School, a member of Robert's Tabernacle Church of God of Prophecy where she served as a former treasurer and bookkeeper for 31 years.  Her favorite pastime was spending time with her family, cooking for them, traveling with them and attending her grandchildren's activities.  She was a daughter of the late Ola Dee Cline and Loyce Margaret Douglas Cline.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years: Ray McGuffey, Adolphus, KY;

1 son: Gary McGuffey (Lisa), Scottsville, KY;

1 daughter: Cheryl Rough, Adolphus, KY;

1 sister: Sue Shockley (Buel), Adolphus, KY;

6 grandchildren: Andrew McGuffey (Taylor); Ryan Rough; Adam McGuffey; Katelyn Rough; Abigail McGuffey and Aiden McGuffey.

Several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a granddaughter: Elizabeth McGuffey and son-in-law: Craig Rough.

Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Jeremy Carter and Bro. Danny Patrick officiating and burial in Robert's Tabernacle Cemetery.  Visitation will be 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday and after 7:00 A.M. Thursday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.
