Judy Fisher, 79, of Scottsville, KY passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 18, 2020. The Scottsville, KY native was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who loved butterflies, flowers, oysters and sitting outside on a beautiful spring day. She was a former employee of Scotscraft, retired pharmacy tech for Rite-Aid, a devoted Christian who loved her God and member of Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church. She was a daughter of the late Chester Arthur Kirby and Eudean Vinson Gardner.
She is survived by her husband: Windol Ray Fisher, Scottsville, KY;
1 son: Jonathan Fisher and wife, Holly, Alvaton, KY;
2 daughters: Cheta Page and husband, Tommy, Woodburn, KY and Chana Fisher, Louisville, KY;
1 brother: Harold Lewis Gardner, Jr., Edisto, SC;
2 sisters: Jean Pennington, Moncks Corner, SC and Dianna Peters, Flandreau, SD;
3 grandchildren: Chassey Loftis and husband, Nathan; Brittany Havener and husband, Colton and Noah Carter;
3 great grandchildren: Alexis Loftis, Ezra Loftis and Conner Havener;
Several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister: Belinda Jo Goode.
Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Ricky Huff and Bro. Robby Calvert officiating and burial in Bethlehem Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday and after 7:00 a.m. Wednesday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church. Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home. According to the Kentucky Funeral Directors Association, social distancing and face coverings are recommended and no PUBLIC lounge is available. The service will be on the Goad Funeral Home Facebook page beginning at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday.
