Joyce Ellen Majors, 78, of Bowling Green, KY passed away Thursday, January 22, 2026 at Signature of Bowling Green. She was born in Alvaton, KY to the late Clarence Elwood "C. E." Majors and Katie Ellen Frazier Majors. She was a retired in-home child caregiver.
She is survived by 2 daughters: Crystal Adkins and Allyson Nicole Hood and husband, Roger, all of Bowling Green, KY;
2 brothers: Bill Majors and wife, Sue, and Adam Majors and wife, April, all of Bowling Green, KY;
4 sisters: Glenda Majors, Mexico City, FL; Phyllis Wyatt and husband, Ricky, Richardsville, KY; Doris Jordan and husband, Randy, Richpond, KY and Teresa Perkins, Bowling Green, KY;
6 grandchildren: Amellia Adkins (Molly Brown), Chandler Stone Adkins, Phoenix Wells, Fallon Hood, Brayden Hood and Cheyenne Dallas.
She was preceded in death by 2 brothers: Darrell Majors and Ricky Majors; 3 sisters: Sue Majors, Alice Carter and Vickie Pierce.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Cremation was chosen, and Goad Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for funeral expenses. Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
