Joseph Carter Obituary

Joseph E. Carter, 50, of Bowling Green, KY passed away Friday, May 9, 2025 at his residence.  The Scottsville, KY native was a former construction worker and oil field worker. He was a son of the late Delmas E. Carter and Marilyn Ann O'Neal Carter, who survives.

 

He is survived by his mother: Marilyn O'Neal Carter, Scottsville, KY;

1 brother: Jason Carter and wife, Claresa, Scottsville, KY;

1 sister: DeAnn West Marquez and husband, Randy, Scottsville, KY;

1 uncle: Danny Carter;

2 aunts: Nancy Jones and husband, Glen and Malinda Davis and husband, Michael;

1 nephew: Landon Marquez;

3 nieces: Biankah Carter, Selena Marquez and Kylee Marquez.

 

Funeral service 2:00 P.M. Friday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Gary Kepley officiating and burial in Carter's Cemetery.  Visitation will be after 10:00 A.M. Friday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.  Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Carters Cemetery Fund.  Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
