Joe C. McClellan

Joe C. McClellan, 71, of Fountain Run, KY passed away Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at T. J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, KY.  He was born in Franklin, KY to the late Billy Joe McClellan and Frankie Josephine Farmer McClellan, who survives.  He was a retired employee of Keen Tool and Die and Sumitomo, a USAF veteran, member of Fountain Run Old Missionary Baptist Church, former member and deacon at Combs Lane United Baptist Church and former member of Barren County Saddle Club and Allen County Fish and Game Club.  Joe enjoyed woodworking, making wagons. raising mules and an avid golfer. 

He is survived by his wife of almost 49 years:  Karen McClellan, Fountain Run, KY; 

1 son:  Michael McClellan and wife, Jamie, Cave City, KY; 

His mother:  Frankie McClellan, Bowling Green, KY; 

1 sister:  Marie Isenberg and husband, Scotty, Franklin, KY. 

He was preceded in death by a brother:  Gordon McClellan and a sister:  Josephine Riddle and husband, Lloyd. 

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 9, 2025 at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Patrick and Bro. Keith Patrick officiating and burial in Allen County Memorial Gardens with military honors by Glasgow DAV Chapter 20.  Visitation will be 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday and after 8:00 a.m. Sunday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.
