Jeanette Buchanan Carver

Jeanette Buchanan Carver, 70, of Scottsville, KY passed away Saturday, April 13, 2024.  The Scottsville, KY native was a former employee of York and Massey, owner and operator of Cherished Treasures and attended iLive Church.  She was a daughter of the late Marsia Buchanan and Helen Cleone Whitlow Buchanan and wife of the late Willie Earl Carver. 

She is survived by 1 daughter:  Staci Cornwell and husband, Kevin, Scottsville, KY; 

1 son:  Kevin D. Carver and wife, Shannon, Scottsville, KY;

1 brother:  David Buchanan and wife, Dianna, Scottsville, KY; 

3 sisters:  Trilby Brown and husband, Charles; Carolyn Cox Hunt and Sandy Meador and husband, Felbert, all of Scottsville, KY; 

2 grandchildren:  Jenna Todd (Melissa Techaira) and Kanan Carver; 

Many nieces, nephews and cousins. 

She was preceded in death by a grandson:  Adam Riley Todd and a sister:  Gelaine Blankenship. 

Funeral service will be 2 pm Saturday at Goad Funeral Home with Kevin D. Carver and John Thomas Meador officiating and burial in Crescent Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday and after 8:00 a.m. Saturday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.
