Jason McCormick

Jason McCormick, 43, of Scottsville, KY passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2023.  Jason was diagnosed with diabetes at the age of 8, which he struggled with most of his life, but was a fighter. Jason loved his family and was a quiet young man. He listened more than he talked...much like his Papaw and no matter where you saw him before he left your presence he would always say "Love Y'all".  He was a son of the late Paul McCormick and Karen Jane Milliner McCormick, who survives.

He is survived by 2 daughters: Whitney Hammond, Franlin, KY and Jaylynn McCormick, TN;

1 step son: Zack Meador, Scottsville, KY;

His mother: Karen McCormick, Scottsville, KY;

1 sister: April Nicolle Fuzzell and husband, Tim, Scottsville, KY;

His maternal grandmother: Sarah Milliner, Shepherdsville, KY;

1 niece: Brooklyn Miller;

2 nephews: Austin Miller and Lukas Meador and several uncles, aunts and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Ned and Mary McCormick; maternal grandfather: Hershel Milliner, Sr.; uncle: Eddie McCormick and cousin: Lil Eddie McCormick.

Funeral service will be 4:00 P.M. Sunday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Patrick officiating and burial in Allen County Memorial Gardens.  Visitation will be after 11:00 A.M. Sunday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.
