James Cline Obituary

James Wendell Cline, 81, of Scottsville, KY passed away Saturday, May 21, 2022 at the Medical Center at Scottsville.  The Scottsville, KY native was a former employee of Scotscraft and General Electric.  He was a son of the late Orbie Taft Cline and Addie Bell Witt Cline. 

 

He is survived by his wife of 52 years:  Loretta Cline, Scottsville, KY; 

2 sons:  James Michael Cline, Adolphus, KY and James Wendell Cline, Franklin, KY; 

3 daughters:  Melissa Graves and husband, Tim, Adolphus, KY; Pamela Adams and husband, Bill, and Vanessa G. Cline, all of Franklin, KY; 

2 brothers:  William Taft Cline, Adolphus, KY and Lee John Cline; 

3 sisters:  Mary Ann Caldwell and Eva Nell Hinton, both of Adolphus, KY and Linda Lou Graves, Scottsville, KY; 

10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by a brother:  Maxie Cline. 

 

Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Monday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Jeremy Carter officiating and burial in Allen County Memorial Gardens.  Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday and after 7:00 a.m. until funeral time Monday at Goad Funeral Home.
