James Samuel Patrick

James Samuel Patrick, 70, of Lafayette, TN passed away Friday, January 24, 2020 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN.  The Joelton, TN native was a former employee of the Salvation Army and several local factories.  He was a son of the late Annie W. Patrick. 

He is survived by friends and caregivers:  Karen Barber and Lana Flores, both of Lafayette, TN; 

A companion:  Regina Crutcher, Red Boiling Springs, TN. 

Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Keith McDonald officiating and burial in the Fairfield Cemetery.  Visitation will be after 10:00 a.m. Tuesday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.
