James Darrell Medley

James Darrell Medley, 62, of Scottsville, KY passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at his residence.  The Scottsville, KY native was a former employee of P.I.C. and Wagner Brake and a son of the late J.D. Medley and Sarah Elizabeth Meador Medley.  

He is survived by his wife: Libby Medley, Scottsville, KY;

1 son: Stephen Medley, Scottsville, KY;

1 brother: Billy Ray Medley, Scottsville, KY;

2 grandchildren: Logan Medley and Kennley Medley;

2 nephews: Ricky Blankenship (Faye) and Sammy Blankenship (Lisa), all of Scottsville, KY;

1 niece: Angel Blankenship, Scottsville, KY;

3 great nephews: Darren Blankenship, J.C. Meador and Brendan Perry, all of Scottsville, KY;

5 great nieces: Sarah Borders (Mitch) and  Ashley Hall (Steven), all of Westmoreland, TN; Sheryl Mitchell, Scottsville, KY; Jessica McClay, S.C.; Heather Jones, Fountain Run, KY;

He was preceded in death by 1 sister: Elizabeth Ann Blankenship.

Funeral service will be 1:00 P.M. Friday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Gary Pardue officiating and burial in Crescent Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Thursday and after 7:00 A.M. Friday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.
