James J. "Cotton" Kelsey

James J. "Cotton" Kelsey, 82, of Scottsville, KY passed away Friday, February 23, 2018 at Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green.  The Fountain Run, KY native was a retired truck driver and son of the late John Kelsey and Mert Duvall Kelsey and husband of the late Lois Julia Winston Kelsey.

He is survived by a special friend and caregiver:  Carlotta Voorhies, Fountain Run, KY;

Several nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by 1 brother:  Tom Kelsey.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Goad Funeral Home with burial in the Old School Cemetery in Fountain Run.  Visitation will be after 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at Goad Funeral Home.
