Jackie Perry

Jackie Perry, 63, of Scottsville, KY passed away Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, TN.  The Scottsville, KY native was a former employee of Kirby Building Systems and member of Hickory Hill Methodist Church.   He was a son of the late Marlin Russell Perry and Chlorene Fowler Perry. 

He is survived by his long-time companion:  Mary Glass, Scottsville, KY; 

1 son:  Joseph Lee Perry, Scottsville, KY; 

1 daughter:  Elizabeth Ann Parkhurst, Scottsville, KY; 

4 brothers:  Ronnie Perry (Melissa) and Johnny Perry (Lou), all of Scottsville, KY; David Perry (Rhonda), Adolphus, KY; Tommy Perry (Ruby), Zion, IL; 

2 sisters:  Reba Costello (Farrell) and Margretta Dean Houser, all of Scottsville, KY; 

4 grandchildren:  Austin Lee Perry, Sophie Jean Walker, Gwenevere Ann Parkhurst and Henri Paul Parkhurst;

Several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a sister:  Cindy Lee and 3 brothers:  Jimmy Perry, Randall Perry and Marlin Perry. 

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, July 21, 2024 at Hickory Hill Methodist Church with Bro. Wayne Neeley officiating and burial to follow in Walker's Chapel Cemetery.  Cremation was chosen, and Goad Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
