Jack Marshall Perkins, Sr.

Jack Marshall Perkins, Sr., 84, of Scottsville, KY passed away Sunday, April 5, 2026, at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN.  He was born in Summer Shade, KY to the late William Jack Perkins and Runelle Elizabeth Marshall Perkins.  He was a retired employee of A T & T and a farmer. 

He is survived by 1 son:  Jack Perkins, Jr. and wife, Elizabeth, Scottsville, KY; 

2 daughters:   Tammy Lockwood and husband, Tom, Adolphus, KY and Melissa Perkins, Scottsville, KY; 

1 sister:  Betty Spurlock and husband, Earl C., Russellville, KY; 

6 grandchildren:  Shawn Perkins (Stacey), Jeremy Perkins (Amber), Samantha Schrock, Aaron Perkins, Jessica Perkins & Savannah Perkins;

7 great grandchildren:  Sam, Jack and Sophia Perkins; Ivan and Carlos Montoya; Lucy Mae Perkins and Scarlett Kaye Graham. 

He was preceded in death by his wife:  Peggy Ann Hall Perkins and 2 sisters:  Maggie Romine and Barbara Hogue. 

A celebration of life will be 12:00 p.m. Thursday at Goad Funeral Home with Jack Perkins, Jr. officiating and burial in Crescent Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday and after 7:00 a.m. Thursday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.
