Helen Hardcastle Obituary
Helen Costello Hardcastle, 86, of Smiths Grove, KY passed away Sunday, July 5, 2026, at the Medical Center at Bowling Green. She was born in Scottsville, KY to the late Carlus Paul Costello and Mary Virginia Bundy Costello. She was a former employee of Brown's Dairy and Minit Mart.
She is survived by 1 son: Jon Osborne, Smiths Grove, KY;
2 grandchildren: Natalie Born and husband, Martin, and Warren Osborne;
5 great grandchildren: Liberty Shanahan, Lauren Zanovich, Zackary Zanovich, Makenzie Osborne and Joshua Eitel;
1 great great grandson: Ezekiel Bolton.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Ronnie Alan Hardcastle and a brother: Paul Costello and his wife, Darnell.
A private graveside service will be held at a later date at Hickory Hill Cemetery. Cremation was chosen, and Goad Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Bowling Green Warren County Human Society.
