Gary Lee Means

Gary Lee Means, 77, of Glasgow, KY passed away Monday, May 18, 2026 at his residence.  He was born in Tampa, FL to the late Edwin Hubert Means and Minnie Pauline Brown Means.  He was an over the road driver for USA trucking and a Viet Nam U. S Marine veteran. 

He is survived by 1 son:  Wilbur Edwin Means, Brown City, MI; 

1 daughter:  Lee Ann Will and husband, Rikk, Deckerville, MI; 

His long-time companion:  Karen Douglas, Glasgow, KY; 

1 brother: Lynn Means, Jacksonville, FL;

1 sister:  Teresa Hardesty and husband, Ray, Jacksonville, FL; 

7 grandchildren:  Brandon Schlimpf, Shelby Meier (Wyatt), Kenneth "Bubba" Main (Ericca), Seth Means, Noah Means, Nathan Means and Steven Thrall; 

9 great grandchildren;

3 step grandchildren; 

5 step great grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his wife:  Carol Elaine Dressler Means; 2 great grandchildren:  Aiden and Caden Meier; 1 sister:  Ann Collingwood; 2 brothers:  Robbie Means & Edwin Means. 

A memorial service will be held at a later date in Michigan.  Cremation was chosen.
