Gary Lee Edwards

Gary Lee Edwards, 64, of Scottsville, KY passed away Thursday, November 16, 2023 at his residence.  The Hammond, Indiana native was a former truck driver, loved fishing and a U.S. Army veteran having served in Germany. He was a son of the late Robert Edwards and Jean Roszik Edwards.

He is survived by his wife: Delores Pearson Edwards, Trammel Community;

2 sons: Robert Edwards, Springfield, MO and Brian Edwards, SD;

1 daughter: Vanessa Edwards Cruz, Springfield, MO;

1 step son: Richard L. Downs and wife, Joyce, North Charleston, SC;

1 step daughter: Carrie Schulz, MO;

1 brother: Roger Edwards and wife, Cheryl, Crown Pointe, IN;

1 sister: Tammie Edwards, Beeville, TX;

11 nieces: Kara Rae Pearson; Tagen Pearson; Mikiah Bandy (Tyler); JoAnna Klabo; Kathy Gerritsen; Stacy Razor; Lisa Pearson; Danielle Wolfe; Trista Hillman; Tanya Taylor and Amber Blankenship;

4 nephews: Marly Pearson; Daniel Edwards; Nick Edwards and Jeffery Klabo;

He was preceded in death by 1 sister: Debra Jean Klabo; 1 niece: Laura Pearson and 1 nephew: Brandon Pearson.

Visitation will be 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Wednesday at Goad Funeral Home..  Cremation was chosen and Goad Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
