Gail Freeman Brown, 71, of Scottsville, KY passed away Friday, September 13, 2024 at Cal Turner Rehab & Specialty Care. The Scottsville, KY native was a former farmer, construction worker, member of Mt. Union General Baptist Church and loved hunting and fishing. He was a son of the late Dennis Monroe Brown and Bertha Rolena Harlan Brown.
He is survived by 3 nephews: Mike Myers and wife, Nicky, Cabot, AR; Jayson Brown and wife, Melissa, Glasgow, KY; Dennis Myers, Saco, ME;
A step son: Johnathan "Chub" Brumley and wife, DeAnna, Scottsville, KY;
A step daughter: Sara B. Keen, Scottsville, KY;
Several great nieces and great nephews.
He was preceded in death by his long time companion: Sandra Armour; 1 brother: Roger Brown; 2 sisters: Alice Myers Taylor and Bertha Reynolds; 1 nephew: Chris Brown and 1 niece: Christy Clark.
Funeral service for Gail Freeman Brown will be 12:00 P.M. Monday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Matt Brown officiating and burial in Mt. Union Baptist Cemetery. Visitation will be 10:30 A.M. until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.
