Freddie Joe Graves

Bro. Freddie Graves, 71, of Scottsville, KY passed away Monday, December 30, 2024 at the Medical Center at Scottsville.  The Beech Grove, IN native was a self employed contractor, attended Bowling Green Technical College, he was a founding member, builder and Pastor of True Gospel Fellowship Church since July, 1993, Pastor of Holy Ghost Riders and co director of God's Storehouse Food Pantry.  He was a son of the late James Willard Graves and Lois Dean Calvert Graves.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years: Joanne Graves, Scottsville, KY;

2 sons: Danny Wilson (Kristy) and Cory Graves (Tabatha Johnson), all of Scottsville, KY;

2 brothers: Tommy Graves (Kathy) and Brad Graves (Shelly), all of Scottsville, KY;

4 sisters: Marilyn Pirtle (John), Franklin, KY; Becky Riddle (Mike), Pam Stinson (Joe) and Jackie Deitz (Keith), all of Scottsville, KY;

2 grandchildren: Logan Graves and Chase Wilson;

He was preceded in death by a daughter: Cynthia Rose Graves; 1 infant brother: Chad Allen Graves.

Graveside service was at 11:00 a.m.  Thursday, January 9, 2025 at True Gospel Fellowship Church Cemetery with Tommy Graves and Danny Wilson officiating and burial in True Gospel Fellowship Church Cemetery.  Visitation was 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Saturday, January 4, 2025 at Goad Funeral Home.  In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for funeral expenses.  Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
