Freda Dianne (Floyd) Dyer

Freda Dianne Dyer, 72, of Scottsville, KY passed away Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green.  The Bowling Green, KY native was a retired secretary for Dyer & Associates, former employee of G. E., Sumitomo, Country Oven Bakers, South Central Bell and bus driver for the Warren County School System.  She was a faithful member of Scottsville Church of Christ and daughter of the late Luther Richard Floyd and  Elizabeth Vincent Grimes Floyd. 

She is survived by her husband of 49 years:  Barry D. Dyer, Scottsville, KY; 

1 son:  Brian Derick Dyer and wife, Jessica, Bowling Green, KY; 

1 daughter:  Brandi E. Ogren and husband, Lt. Col. Christopher, Niceville, FL; 

2 brothers:  Ronnie Floyd and Gary Floyd, both of Bowling Green, KY; 

3 sisters:  Martha Floyd, Marilyn Roberson and Sandra Duvall, all of Bowling Green, KY; 

1 brother-in-law:  Delane Dyer, Scottsville, KY;

3 grandsons:  Alexander Ogren, Grayson Ogren and Baylen Dyer;

Several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by 2 brothers:  Harold Floyd and Bobby Floyd. 

Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday at Goad Funeral Home.  A private funeral service will be held at a later date with entombment in Crescent Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Potter's Children's Home or Scottsville Church of Christ Youth Activity.  Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
