Frankie Josephine (Farmer) McClellan

Frankie J. McClellan, 93, of Franklin, KY and formerly of Scottsville passed away Thursday, May 8, 2025 at the Medical Center at Franklin.  The Franklin, KY native was a homemaker and member of Scottsville Church of Christ.  She was a daughter of the late Elijah Carroll Farmer and Florence Eula Williams Farmer and wife of the late Billy Joe McClellan. 

She is survived by 1 daughter:  Joyce Marie Isenberg and husband, Scotty, Franklin, KY; 

1 brother:  Ben Farmer, Franklin, KY; 

A daughter-in-law:  Karen McClellan, Fountain Run, KY; 

3 grandchildren:  Michael McClellan and wife, Jamie, Cave City, KY, Billy Riddle and Jennifer Riddle Smith and husband, Daniel. 

She was preceded in death by a daughter:  Josephine Riddle and husband, Lloyd; 2 sons:  Joe C. McClellan and Gordon McClellan and 1 brother:  Johnny Farmer.

Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Carl Pollard officiating and burial in Allen County Memorial Gardens.  Visitation will be 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday and after 7:00 a.m. Tuesday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.
